What it does

Provide an address, BBL, or BIN and get recorded property documents from the NYC ACRIS system. The skill performs a 3-table join — Legals (lot-to-document mapping), Master (document details), and Parties (grantors and grantees) — then translates document type codes and groups results into Deeds, Mortgages, and Other documents. Counts are reported in full and truncated output is marked; parties are shown as recorded, and ownership is never inferred from a summary row.

Install

Claude Desktop:
