/meeting-minutes
Transcript or notes into collision-safe, source-linked minutes
What it does
/as:meeting-minutes turns a transcript, a pile of notes, or the conversation you just had into a structured meeting record, placed by the project’s document path template and registered in DOCUMENTS.csv.
The record separates what was discussed from what was stated as fact, what was decided, what someone might need to do, and what stayed open. Every item links back to its source in the input.
What it does not do
Saving minutes touches only the meeting document, its DOCUMENTS.csv entry, and any attachments you authorize. PROJECT.md, decision records, and TASKS.csv are untouched.
Promotion is a separate, explicit step: you pick which facts go to /as:project, which decisions become decision records, and which action candidates become tasks. A meeting where someone floated an idea does not silently become a project fact.

Usage
/as:meeting-minutes
Point it at a transcript file, paste notes, or run it after a conversation. Saved minutes are never overwritten: a revision is saved as a new record that supersedes the earlier one.
