How it works

The Workplace Strategist takes business requirements and turns them into a defensible space program. The agent starts with what it needs to know — headcount, projected growth, work style, special requirements, budget or lease constraints — and gets to work without over-interviewing. Discovery is focused: ask only what’s missing and critical, then start.

The process runs two skills in sequence: occupancy calculation to verify code compliance before design begins, then space programming to allocate zones, build the room schedule, and establish efficiency metrics. The output is a structured report with an executive summary, zone breakdown, room schedule, occupancy compliance summary, and clear tradeoffs. Every number is explained. If a recommendation cuts amenity space to make the conference count work, the agent says so explicitly.

The Workplace Strategist also handles reprogramming an existing footprint when headcount changes, and can validate a specific lease option against a program with a clear verdict — fits, tight but workable, or doesn’t fit, and exactly what needs to give.
